On 11/20/16, an apparent intoxicated driver struck Miss Anna Krone, 46, as she stood outside her own Chula Vista home. She was pinned fighting for her life, her legs irreparably smashed between two cars. She was bleeding profusely and minutes from death. Officers Casey Rose and Curtis Chancellor used foundation-purchased tourniquets to stop the bleeding long enough to receive life-saving medical treatment. Miss Krone thanked both officers (in the video linked above) for their quick thinking and preparedness.
